Refund Policy

As a service-based business, please be advised that we DO NOT issue returns or refunds for any services rendered to our clients. 

In the event of buyer's remorse, we also DO NOT provide refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

Clients may cancel their appointments by either calling 800.980.9914 or emailing clients@theetaxfixer.com prior to the scheduled appointment time, in accordance with the Notice Requirements specified below, based on the type of appointment. Cancellations may be made for any reason. Upon request, your credit card will be refunded 50% of the appointment fee paid to schedule the specific appointment.

For cancellations made outside of the scheduled appointment time, please adhere to the following notice requirements based on your appointment type:

• Appointments $1,000.00 or less: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.
• Appointments $10,000.00 or less: A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late to any scheduled appointment will forfeit their appointment due to nonattendance and failure to cancel within the designated timeframe as outlined above, resulting in a cancellation fee as applicable to the appointment cost.

Examples of Cancellation Fees:

• For a $50.00 Discovery Call: If cancelled less than 48 hours prior, a cancellation fee of $25.00 will be assessed, and your card will be credited $25.00.
• For a $450 Budget Creation Appointment: If cancelled less than 72 hours prior, a cancellation fee of $225.00 will be assessed, and your card will be credited $225.00.

Failure to attend a consultation appointment without any prior notification will result in a “No-Show” designation, leading to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the appointment fee.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that necessitate a late cancellation. In such exceptional cases, The Tax Fixer reserves the right to waive the cancellation fee.

The Tax Fixer also reserves the right to cancel or modify appointments if there is evidence of fraudulent or inappropriate behavior by the client, or if it appears the consultation was booked in error. In extreme situations, this may result in the client being banned or blacklisted from scheduling future appointments.

The Tax Fixer provides various appointment services for a fixed fee. Payment is required via credit card at the time of booking. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in notifying us of any appointment changes as soon as possible, allowing us to accommodate other clients awaiting scheduling.
